Red Digital Cinema
Ateles Films has been using RED cameras since their launch in 2008, becoming the first to film a wildlife documentary on RED for Dutch TV in 2012 and Dutch cinemas in 2013.
Ateles Films uses Red cameras as their workhorse offering providing vast creative potential with their lenses and gear.
Ateles Films also offer compact field packages to minimize transportation costs and hassle globally.
Post Production
Ateles Films has extensive experienced in editing and delivering in 4K, mastering high-resolution workflows and advanced post-production techniques. Our experience grows with each project, ensuring the highest quality in every production.
Our credits include productions such as Return of the Spider Monkeys (2016), A Wild Fox Life (2019) and Hidden Nature of Holland (2021), etc.
Tree Climbing
Ateles Films has extensive experience filming from the canopy, achieving unique perspectives in Guatemala's jungles and Morocco's forests.
Whether with a small crew or a larger team, setups can be achieved with single cameras or complex motion control systems with dollies and gimbals.
Drones
Ateles Films are highly experienced with drones, from building large models to using advanced RTF drones with 4K+ cameras in diverse environments like cities, jungles, mountains, and deserts. Drones offer new filmmaking perspectives, reaching previously inaccessible places, and are lightweight and easy to transport globally.
Macro
Using custom-made lenses, Ateles Films' macro lens captures unique footage of the natural world.
Ateles Films has developed a special "macro scope" that attaches directly to their RED camera, creating a large depth of field and providing a bug's-eye view of the world.
