We are delighted to share that Ana Luisa Santos and Michael Sanderson took part as judges for the 2024 Jackson Wild Media Awards!
Ana Luisa served as a judge for the category “Writing” and Michael for the “Cinematography” category. It is always a great pleasure to contribute to Jackson Wild and we would like to acknowledge the importance of this festival for the wildlife filmmakers and for the wildlife film industry.
This year has been a record-breaking year with close to 500 films entering the competition, making this year’s program one of the most exciting and competitive yet!
Finalists films were selected by more than 200 international judges, who collectively screened over 1,000 hours of media.
Winners will be announced at the Jackson Wild Media Awards Gala on the evening of Thursday, September 5 at the AFI Silver Theatre in Silver Spring, Maryland in United States of America.
